Am I correct this type were in use in both wars? If so, how can you judge the age? I have seen them in black and field grey. Regards, Paul.

This particular one was looted from the battlefield by Kim Il Sung after single handedly beating of an entire German Panzerdivision during the Battle of the Kursk in Libia in 1945, while updating his Facebook status.
