RADIO badge
Gents, this badge is a similar size and design to the EAW badges.
Can anyone confirm if this is RAF and ( without stating the obvious) who wears it. Regards all Bess |

ACF cadets who pass the following tests are to wear the appropriate badge as used in the Royal Signals: The standard classification test (Crossed Flags). The criteria changed in 2021 with the introduction of ACS21 (Army Cadet Syllabus 2021). What was previously “Signals” is now “CIS” (Communications and Information Systems). The subject is compulsory as ACS21 Basic and 1 Star level (no badge awarded) At ACS21 2 Star level it is an optional subject - “Radio” badge awarded At ACS21 3 Star level (optional subject) - “Line” badge awarded (as the Radio badge but with the word “Line”) At ACS21 4 Star level - Crossed Flags badge awarded Paul |
