Hi,
The attached wings have come to me in a medal lot. They weren't the item I was after, but upon collecting the lot they appear to have a bit of age to them, some surface wear/grubbiness which would suggest age. Does anyone have any opinions on them?

They look to be original issue probably 1960/70s

Hi Steve, thank you for the reply. With lot was a GSM with Cyprus clasp, your date presents the possibility they could be associated which is something I hadn't considered

Cyprus clasp was available 1955 to 1959 .

I think the badge does indeed have some age to it and appears to have been worn, I like it very much.

Hi Frank,
Thank you for your comments - my camera phone has brightened them up slightly, they have a pleasing slight grubbiness to the surface, which I always like personally on a badge
