PAG button
Hi All
I was just given this button and was told it was a very early officer's button of the PAG. I thought it was British but apparently not, can anyone confirm that it is early PAG? Thanks, cheers, Alex |

Hello Alex
The early pattern Prince Alfred's Guard button had a lion over a coronet, not a crown. I think your button with a QVC is Royal West Kent, post 1881. Roger |

Hi Roger
Thanks, that is what I thought it was and I would have expected the PAG button the be a lion over coronet rather than a crown myself, so that just confirms my suspicion. Cheers, Alex |
