When was this army number issued please?????

Dear Friends.

Can any member of the Forum please tell me when (Date of issue) of this Army Number was first issued to it's owner. 2312064 Post 1920.

I believe the number is for a Signaller and the Royal Corps of Signals Block Numbering system did not start until 1920 with the numbers starting from 2303001. (Seven figures)

Any advise or best guess would be much appreciated. Or indeed where else I might find this information.
