APC title and cap sealed pattern

Hello,

Would anyone happen to know, please, the sealed pattern date and pattern number of the APC S/T (K&K1033, Westlake 448) and the APC Cap badge (K&K 1035)?

Through these volumes I am aware that the APC title was worn originally as a Forage cap badge 1898-1900, but I assume its sealed pattern card would have been amended when the then cap badge was redesignated as a S/T?
