Default Help needed - mystery badge

I have found this badge in an old box and wondered if anyone knows anything about it? Whether it is of any interest to anyone. Any help gratefully received. Many thanks

Thank you - I thought that it was foreign! As you can see I know nothing about badges!!! Do you know if it is worth selling? It has no sentimental value to me. Many thanks
