I'm doing a family tree for a friend and this is a mystery photo. If I can identify the insignia, we might be able to work out who it is. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks!

This is me using my aged eyes to their limit, but could this be Lancashire Fusiliers I wonder? The collar badges might work with that. I am fixed on the title scroll and it does not look right for a Royal Dublin Fusilier babe, so I would say possibly a Lancashire Fusilier, but it is hellish difficult to say for sure.
