The USA EMT's are also in gold colour aren't they? I don't think they have the central horizontal strengthener?

Leigh, I would think that the US EMT would be a clutch back type fastener as lugs were not common that I know of this side of he pond.

Thanks for all the responses.
The design of the title with a central bar holding the letters together is typical of South African unit titles from the Boer War and WWI period. The design is also typical of Natal units. But the actual letters don't correlate to any unit I am aware of, hence the post. |
