Question Welsh ???

good Morning,

I would like to have your opinion on this badge:

Is this a collar or cap badge?
If so, what regiment ?

Here are the dimensions:
35,23 mm/32,91 mm

Thanks in advance for your help.

Kind regards

michel

Michel,

With lug fixings it is more than likely a collar badge. Unfortunately a number of units wore the PoW plumes as a collar badge so I cannot offer anything in regards to identification of which unit.
Hwyl,
Kevin
