Default Para badge on AAC beret

Good afternoon,

I have found this AAC beret with Para cap badge on maroon backing. I've found a picture with the same beret worn. Would you have any explanation about this combination ? Thank you

Looks like a presentation parade for officers and NCO's who have just qualified for the Army Flying Badge. Various Regiments attached to AAC.

regards
