I think perhaps 122 Light Anti-Aircraft/Anti-Tank Regiment RA (LAA/A Tk Regt) Laurent.

Converted from 122 LAA Regt RA on 30 December 1943, with 36 Indian Div.

122 LAA Regt RA was formed by the conversion of 45 Searchlight (SL) Regt RA (which was itself formed by the conversion of 5 R Warwicks)
