Genuine, die stamped with loops dates between 1915 and 1917 if memory serves. I’m sure Julian can correct me if I’m mistaken.

Yes, it looks alright.
After the silver version and bronze of 1914.The first official version was authorised by the War Office as Pattern 8520/1915 (superseded by Patt 9483/1917 which had a slider). Here are my two examples. Other Ranks 2nd (1st official) issue Patt 8520/1915 -The crest of the Earls of Derby: “On a chapeau gules, turned up ermine, an eagle (l), wings extended, or, preying on a child proper, swaddled gules, in a cradle laced or.” Below, a scroll inscribed SANS CHANGER. Die struck in gilding metal – bronzed. 2 cu NS loops 7. H 37, W 37, Wt 6.11g. <271> -The crest of the Earls of Derby: “On a chapeau gules, turned up ermine, an eagle (l), wings extended, or, preying on a child proper, swaddled gules, in a cradle laced or.” Below, a scroll inscribed SANS CHANGER.
