Default Montys certificate

I thought forum members may be interested in this certificate which was given to my uncle Lance at wars end. Sorry about the poor quality photo work can any member tell me what he would have done to earn this certificate I believe the red eye express was US, however did we have similar. I mention that as he was 46 transport column RASC .

Thank you Mike yes very proud in fact of my whole family where all the male members served in WW2 but I am amongst millions in Britain and the commonwealth who can say that
