Default Good or Bad???

I recently made a trade for a three cap badges, one of which I found out after the fact, from this forum is a repro/fake/restrike. But live and learn, and it will do until I can pick up a legit one. So no further need to discuss it.

However I have a question about the other two, which I feel some folks here can help me with.

One is an East Surry badge that the brass looks more coppery than brass. It has three holes on each side of the back of the wreath, that do not go all the way through, and it has a slider. Looks good to me, but not sure about the coppery looking brass?

The other is a QC Isle of Man cap badge, and it looks fine, but seems small, more along the size of a collar dog. yet it has a slider. Is this cap badge small like that? Would the brass WW2 one also be small like that?

I would attach pictures, but am having trouble working through an issue with Photobucket. So have tried to describe them as best I can do - which I hope is sufficient.

Thank you for any help,

Terry
