Default "O" Observers half wing - any ideas on date?

Hi,
any experts out therewho could tell me the date of the wing? It is high quality so I suspect pre/early WW2 or possibly even earlier? Any ideas?
Cheers,
Rick

The wing isnt too thin which is more an indicator of an early one. Many wartime O wings dont have much of a 'stalk' between the wing and 'O', but otherwise its a typical wartime type. I'd suggest late 30s or wartime (The O wing was discontinued in 1942)
