Why ?
Did anyone else see this on E bay :
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/World-War...rdt=true&rt=nc There were a number of Liverpool Home Guard unit with Pipe Bands, see here: https://www.britishbadgeforum.com/fo...ool+home+guard But nothing to suggest that this might have been an actual example worn by an HG unit .Amazing that an item can fetch over £200 with no provenance, I am sure the vendor must be very happy. P.B.
