The badge on the blue background with the second die flaw is indeed a restrike and eternally for sale on eBay from one of the well known repro sellers ‘naplesturtle’ https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SCOTTISH-...2c7e%7Ciid%3A1 .

This example/batch does not have Gaunt plaques but I wouldn’t rule out one appearing with a (fake or genuine) plaque attached later by some enterprising individual.

As ever with true restrikes and die flaws the question as to when the flaw occurred v’s when the die fell into the hands of the repro merchants is the $64,000 question.

We do definitely know that the second flaw is very much extant on modern restrikes. Certainly examples lacking this flaw, of which there are many that appear period and with good Gaunt plaques, must logically be earlier strikings.
