ID These patches please
Hello again all...
Bought these unissued patches in a group of badges and can't find any info in any of my ref. books. Anyone have an idea? |

An indication of size would be very helpful. Mike

They relate to a CCF unit I think, if anyone has a copy of "Rawlings" to hand i'm sure they'll confirm

ACF seems likely now I come to think of it.a pity they're not a rarity then... |

CCF cloth
Hi.
They were in fact worn by Sutton Valence School CCF on battledress under the 'Sutton Valence School' cloth shoulder title. Somewhere i have a photocopy of a photograph showing it being worn. Sadly not to hand. You'll have to take my word for it! Kind regards, Andrew. |
