Hello David. Can you make out the VB battalion number? Is it 3rd? Regards, Paul.
Looking again I think it may be 5th as the scroll does not have the drop down scroll ends of the 3rd.

Is the 5th VB badge ever found with the scroll brazed to the badge without the wires? The 3rd VB cap badge crops up manufactured using both methods to attach it. Regards, Paul.
