Default Taiwanese patch?
I believe this may be from Taiwan. Can anyone identify it for me, please?

Taiwanese Coast Guard Administration. Not the current type though (or at least I don't think) because it is now on a red background.

Many thanks for identifying the Taiwanese patch, Conan. It's good to know what it is, although Coast Guards are not within my sphere of collecting.
