Default Some SAS & Para wings

Hi All
I recently got these wings. Can anyone confirm if they are original? Picked up in South Africa so quite possibly Rhodesian.
Thanks, cheers,
Alex

Hi Alex

My notes indicate the woven wing on khaki is Aussie para wings c 1980's worn by 6RAR Para Company.

Wings #4 appear to be an early WW2 British made example.

Default Padded Wings

Agreed with Luc: padded private purchase wings designed for officers.DSC_0153.jpg

Wow, thanks, that is good to know.
Can anyone comment on the SAS wings? A friend though the cloth example may be an early Rhodesia Malayan period example.
Thanks again, cheers,
Alex

No is the answer to your question.
I think Peter Garratt knows but I'd have to ask him.
My understanding from what I've seen is that they're British made wings.
It'll be interesting to see what others have to say.

Thanks. I am not an SF collector but my feeling on these wings is that they are genuine, I would just like to know more.
Cheers,
Alex

Are you talking about the cloth wings, not the bullion ones?
