SBS and SAS Padded wing date?

Hi Team

Can you ID the era which this SBS badge was issued.

Ive tried to look and could not find any equivalent to go by.

The ones I've seen range from WWII-50 or Modern 2000 era and up.

This came in a group of Kiwi Parachute and SAS wings c 1980-2000

There was also a padded SAS wing which is British made but was also issued to Kiwis who trained and also were badged.
