ARP WVS badge

Hi All,

just like to share this recent purchase from ebay - 0.99p !! Nothing special and a few scrapes to surfave, but is a 1st pattern pre feb 1939 I believe, if I have read info from Jon Mills beautiful book on home front badges ' Doing Their Bit ' correctly...maker marked H.B.Sale B'ham to rear.
