Default RA shoulder titles

Is something not right about the RA shoulder titles listed here, particularly the 'Volunteer' titles in brass?

They have been selling lots of uncommon titles recently all with identical lugs, not original items imo

Their description says it all!

PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO DIFFERING OPINIONS ON ORIGINALITY OF THESE ITEMS, IT IS UP TO YOU TO DETERMINE THIS FROM THE CLEAR PICTURES PROVIDED.

I wonder who is having the difference of opinion though? Maybe the seller and the lug provider!

Without the slightest doubt, complete phony junk. Anyone having a basic familiarity with ST would not be fooled, but it is concerning to seen shoulder titles being done to this degree, as they have hitherto been relatively safe.

They look quite odd, I agree. Best relegated to the 'untouchable' category!

I'm afraid many of the scarcer shoulder titles are being reproduced to a very high quality, they are easy to spot now, but with a bit of "weather" and a few dings they will in the future be harder to spot than fake cap badges.
