Default US Army Branch and School insignia

My small collection of United States Army Branch and School insignia.

Most of the badges are from the 1970s and earlier.

The NBC collar is upside down.

Great collection. Thanks for showing it. Just a few questions.
Why the inclusion of the subdued (black) expert medic qualification badge?
Why no 'crossed arrows' branch of service for Special Forces?
Looking at "Army Badges and Insignia since 1945 Book One" by Rosignoli, he shows in plate 30 a truly amazing variety of collars, including 11 medical, 10 with letters denoting things such as Dental or Pharmacy or Vetinary; Blank/A/C/D/N/P/S/V/HD/PT/MS and then 12 diff "Aides" badges.
Bear in mind I've never actually seen some of these!

Hi Ian, I just recently acquired this collection so can't really explain the inclusion of the medic qualification badge of the absence of the Special Forces branch of service badge. From my limited knowledge of American badges, it is also missing the Calvary Branch of service badge.
