Default A rather odd new member

Good evening to you all, dear fellow collectors,

If I defined myself as a rather odd new member for this wonderful forum, it is because I collect cap badges of the former Soviet bloc countries and preset-day CIS nations.

However, I actually happen to study and live in the UK, which militaria I am appreciating more and more, and since I exclusively collect cap badges, any forum focusing like the present one on similar objects, even if from different countris, cannot but interest me very much.

Looking at the topics already discussed if instructive, but I actually have a few pieces that I will show on the forum, since they relate to issues here discussed.

Cheers,

GC

Welcome GC. The interests of our members covers such a wide field that nothing, or should that read 'nobody' around here is considered odd, and to me badges from your field of collecting is something quite new so I will look forward to your future postings.
Regards,
John
