Victory Pin Badge...

Hi all....

Just wondering if anyone can help me with this pin badge? No idea if it's actually military related but it appears to be a winged bomb with the word victory under it so thought it could be? I bought this in a lot of detecting finds so don't know any background info on it and it will be sold at some point.
