Default Royal Hong Kong Police cap badge marked “Firmin. London”

Evening gents

This is my Royal Hong Kong Police cap badge stamped “Firmin. London”, I’d welcome any opinions as to its authenticity.

Thanks

Graham

Hi Graham

The mark looks ok ....here are two PRI Bronzed Mottoes marked "FIRMIN. LONDON" spanning the late 17th/21st Lancers and early QRL that belonged to a forum member "in service".

I would like to find this mark on the AA Motto.... but "not seen" ....yet.

Looks good Graham, it appears anodised from the rear?

The HKP and its successor RHKP never used anodised insignia of any type.

Here is a "FIRMIN. LONDON" mark on the bronzed QDG ORs beret badge.
