Help with identification of badge
The badge is sewn into nurses cape which I have also uploaded.

The only thing I can think of right now is 'Hospital Volunteer'.

Its very big and not in keeping with a British badge.
I would look toward our European allies for an answer. regards

Nurses cape
I concur, l immediately noticed the RAF wings and wondered why they were on the cape as they were modern bad copies.
