Default KBND ESPC police cap badge ?
Gentlemen
I would like a bit of help with this one ? I’m I correct in thinking this is Police ?
I can’t find much information at all

I think I'm right in saying South African but I can't identify specifically. I may be wrong, but I don't think its police.
