Another Middle East Mystery!

Just acquired this one and really need your help please chaps. Have searched far and wide on this forum and t’internet generally to no avail. Now I have it to hand it is a well stuck detailed badge...laurel wreath, five pointed star and crescent used on many Pakistan Army badges as you know, but the Crown has thrown me, nearest I can find would be The Khedive’s, but most Egyptian Crowns, though similar are adorned with pearls, this one has just stars.
Would appreciate your expertise or even best guesses! Thanks, Ben.
