Default Could somebody please identify this uniform & badge?

We have been searching to discover which country this uniform is from? we have searched based on the cap badge and believe the soldier to be from the Commonwealth, however we may be mistaken.
Any help in solving this would be greatly appreciated.

Dutch East Indies.....???? if going by the cap badge.
