Default RM Commando in SFSG insignia question.

On Sunday I was shown a set of U.S. tri desert camo reportedly coming from a Command in the SFSG , all insignia was attached by Velcro , it has a pair of RM commando titles and parachute wing and the SFSG patch on the left arm , which appears to be Afghan made . The owner bought it from someone serving at Faslane naval base. has anyone ever seen this sort of set up before for SFSG.
