Default Another badge for ID Help

Hi all I have just come across another mystery piece could this be Guards and what for size is 4 x 4 inches plus another 3 inches for tassels

Fred,

Its not military. Its a padded star worn on a sash for a Friendly/Fraternal society type organisation and is typical of items made by Tutill, London in the late 19th Century/Early 20th Century.

Such organisations as the Buffalo's, Druids, Shepherd, Oddfellows and Foresters etc etc.
