Default Foreign Language Translation Help?

Hi Gents,

Not military at all but I'm hoping someone can help me with an accurate translation of the details on this postcard?

I think? it may be eastern block/Russian/Bulgarian but don't really know.

Nothing terribly important but would like to know out of interest.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Cheers,

Roy

Hi Ian,

Many thanks indeed Ian. As I suspected nothing to spectacular but really nice to know and have this little mystery solved.

Cheers,

Roy
