Default Cadet Drum Major

His cap and collar badges are those of the Royal Marines, his drum major's sash carrying a Royal Hampshire's tiger, a scroll with the words School and OTC above the plate at the centre which is not easily seen.

Suggestions please.

Uppingham school.
The device on the belt is the same as the school crest/badge.
