scapa flo cup saucer
Hi this poor scan is of a cup and saucer that was washed ashore at SCAPA FLO in Scotland several years ago. The mongram on the saucer in WR and the bottom of the demi is maker and navy marking. Any info on the monogram would be appreciated.

Can't tell via the poor scan, however due to the German Navy scuttling it's high seas fleet at scarpa after WW1 it's probably a safe bet it's Willhelm Rex or Kiaser Bill to us.

can't be as both pieces are marked with British naval acceptance marks and potters marks

Paul, Sorry, in that case better photos need to be taken, or it's just guess work.
