My dad has these and can't work out the regiment. I was hoping you could help.

Default Royal Lancers

These are pre-amalgamation samples. The current regimental collar badges have a different crown / coronet. As shown Officers’ are bi-metal and ORs’ silver colour.

Hello

I don't think these can be described as samples.

These QC versions appear to have been definately worn by the Royal Lancers as can be seen in the regimental journal, 'The Chapka' 2015 and they were superceded by the current guelphic crown versions shortly after amalgamation.
