I can't ID them, but what popped out to me, is that if they were collar dogs, wouldn't you expect one to be facing the other way? Or, maybe they are just two of the same side of the collar.

Thanks I do not have this book is the base like mine (without the plinth with number below?) Which is what I would expect to see on RD badge. I have not found this patten yet And we have had over 500 views the origin of these Eagles continue to elude me. Many thanks Stephen |

Both very close contenders I can not find ZARP badge to match which neads more research St Helena medal eagle has lightening arrows at its base and no wreath to chest though other french eagles come very close. Clearly modelled on a french eagle.
