Hi,
During my time in the Royal Tank Regiment, 1974-1992 nothing like this was worn on No 2 Dress. The way the tank faces would suggest it being worn on the right arm and the border, in blue, could be attributed to the 4th Royal Tank Regiment. Hope this helps. Kevin
