Parachute reg track suit badge?

Having just re found this at home would anyone know if its for a track suit or another reason?

It's not a tracksuit badge. They would have a Battalion numeral. Most likely just a knock off item like the 'official para fridge magnet' type of thing.

Unfortunately, used as a blazer badge, seen them worn, no idea where they came from. Regards Mark
