missing shoulder badge? what could it be?

I recently picked up a Temperate Woodland shirt which has the 19th Brigade badge as well as the Union Jack.
My question is, on the other shoulder there seems to be a missing badge of a somewhat square/rectangle shape.
Does anyone know what that possibly could have been?
