Default Formation Signs - Combinations

This, and others from the same vendor are surprising offerings to have surfaced. There's a curious similarity about them given the very different environments where unit tailors will have been at work putting them together. I could amplify, but not in public.

I've heard it said that whoever made up those GY flashes years ago (I have a mint example) based the colouring on a monochrome photograph of a 64 ATk Regt gun detachment in Tunisia. Guessed the yellow lettering correctly, but interpreted the rest as black and grey rather than blue and red.

I notice this new crop have some hand sewn items, a variation in the sellers repertoire perhaps?
