Default A MORAVIAN CAP BADGE 1939-45 ??

Good Afternoon

I have attached photos of a seemingly rare Moravian badge that I believe is from the WW2 era when it would have been part of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia under German rule. I presume that this badge is somehow linked to a unit that collaborated with the Germans in this period of their history.
If anyone can identify the badge and can comment on its scarcity I would be very grateful.
