Default Reburial of British seaman

This is a link to a petition - which I hope is not against forum rules to post
https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/212957

I am not asking anyone to sign it but just to read what it is about and decide for yourself whether it is worthy of supporting and spreading wider so that it may meet the necessary deadline for 10,000 signatures.

In a brief summary, metal scavengers in Indonesia have dug up our boys and thrown them into a mass grave.

I believe we as a nation have a duty to bury them properly with honours.

Thanks
Ray Faulkner

I think any act of desecration is appalling, but, quite frankly, this is truly sickening.

Thank you for posting this Rey and bringing it to our attention.

Truly appalling in every regard.

I have signed it and would encourage all to do so.

Regards,

Roy

Signed.
I sincerely hope that sufficient signatures are received for the matter to be debated.

Sorry to be a pain folks but it's telling me "You have not signed until you click the link in the email". Being an old codger I have no idea what this means. Any help would be appreciated.

Somewhere on the petition form you would have been required to give your e mail address, they will then send a link to your e mail address you just need to click on that link and it should be done.

Thanks Ritchie, all sorted and signed. Consider this your contribution to "Help The Aged".

I have forwarded the link to the Naval Officer's Association here in South Africa as well, so that should get a wide circulation and will hopefully add to the signatures.
Cheers,
Alex
