Wounded but not conquered
Is anyone able to identify these please? The motto is "Vulneratus Sed Non Victus" which I believe means 'Wounded but not conquered".

The crest and the motto belong to the Seddon family.

Thank you very much. That is very helpful. Have you any idea what these might have been made for? I haven't been able to find any military references for them. They are cast brass, 65mm x 45mm (37gms) and 35 x 25 (10gms). The cap and a collar were found in a secondhand shop in Nelson, New Zealand around 35 years ago, and the other collar turned up in the same town a year or so later. However, I very much doubt that they originated in New Zealand.

I am guessing: perhaps an early 20th century liveried car driver to the Seddon family.
