The RAMC collars are not officers' and I don't think the MGC is either.

I’m pretty sure the MGC is an OSD collar. But may be wrong.

Default MGC collar

Is that a makers mark on the MGC collar badge?

If so I would say it's an officers that has never been given a bronze finish or is it gilt?

The MGC is a collar badge. Sometimes OSD badges did not get a dark bronzing finish to them for some reason. The solid backed RAMC is an officer OSD collar, the other stamped one is an OR collar.
A nice lot, particularly the Herefordshire gilt and OSD pair.
