Default Royal Navy Parachute Wing

Hi guys

would like to know when this would of been used.

The only info I have is Oliver Locks book which he mentions worn on temperate uniform and has an image with individual (Camo Jacket)who served in 148 Cdo Battery 1965 and then used the same camo with wing in the Falklands.

The wings shown in the book have fully embroidered feathers(?)

Note split feathers and embroidered on dark blue felt.

Would any one have dates on wear and is it still used today?

cheers

Phill
