Default RAOC or Education Corps?

Can anyone out there kindly tell me if this Southern Command sign is a first pattern Ordnance Corps badge or one for the Army Education Corps? Or possibly something else entirely...?

Thank you!

The aforementioned badge came as part of this Southern Command lot, along with a number of variations and varieties...
